Also after the price shift in the end of February our K2 Cologne Skate Marathon is further heading for record. Currently, 32.7% more inline skaters (666 sportspeople in total) intend to start in Cologne compared to the same date of the previous year.

Germany's biggest skating series, the GERMAN INLINE CUP, will start into its fifth season soon. After positive registration figures in the previous years the organizers now await further demand from inline skaters in Germany and near Europe.

Those who intend to register for Germany’s second biggest and (in 2011) second fastest skate marathon should do so right now! Prior to the end of the month the starting slot for our K2 Cologne Skate Marathon on October 14, 2012 will cost EUR 45.00 per person only.

Even prior to the season registration deadline of the 2012 GERMAN INLINE CUP in early March the first inline skating top team handed in its team registrations.

The K2 Cologne Skate Marathon may continue with its success story also six weeks after the start of the registration period (compared to the price shift on January 31, 2011) and still enjoys great popularity.

Approximately two weeks after the start of the registration for the K2 Cologne Skate Marathon on October 14, 2012 we have already received almost twice as many registrations as in 2011.

The Inline skating races at the 38th edition of the BERLIN MARATHON produced two sensational results: Sabine Berg from Gera won the women’s title in a mass sprint and the Frenchman Ewen Fernandez took the men’s crown after a daring breakaway from 21 kilometres.
