NYAC's Tim Seaman wins 36 US Title at Freihofers USA Walking 10km Road Championships
Tim Seaman defeated Alan James and Theresa Vail defended her title this morning in Albany, NY
Tim"I was rather suprised at how fast Alan James took the race out, I am happy to win this championship and will return to Freihofers to defend my title next year.
The organization was fantastic and the Freihofer cookies are great!
